Winemaker's Notes

This wine has aromas of fresh red apples, honey and white flowers with elegant and rich flavors of toasted nuts and citrus. One of the purest expressions of this typical Burgundian grape

John's Notes

Elegant aromas of fresh apple, lemon, white flowers, and peach gently lift from the glass.  On the palate, those same fruit and floral notes are complimented by bright acidity, Anjou pear, young Jersey peach, a hint of lime, and a touch of hazelnut.  The finish is protracted and enjoyable.  Refined, pure, delicious.  I paired it with sea bass over zucchini – ridiculously good!

Reviews

Tasting Panel (92): Golden color and a fresh nose; smooth and juicy, with a mellow texture, good depth, and bright acidity. Ripe, racy, and refined, it encapsulates what Chardonnay is supposed to taste like.  Anthony Dias Blue – March 01, 2021
